The hotel is new, with great location next to Seven Kings station. Reception is available 24/7 and the staff, especially Farry, is fantastic. Many outlets with USB ports in the room.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, and the room was cozy and comfortable. The staff, especially Farry, were helpful and cute. The location of the hotel was superb, right across a tube station that led straight to central London. there were plenty of shops and restaurants in the surrounding area.
Cannot find any fault.

Clean and modern, opposite train station. Continental breakfast included. Good shower, plenty of sockets/usb points. Helpful and friendly staff, 24-hour reception. Convenient location, less than 5 minutes from tube station.

Some guests had issues with the water temperature in the shower, which was only warm.

This hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it very easy to explore the city. The rooms are clean, and the staff is very friendly and attentive. The breakfast included is a great bonus.

During our recent stay at the Blue Sapphire, we were impressed by the newly refurbished and clean rooms. The bed was comfortable, and the air-conditioning provided a pleasant environment. The staff was friendly and approachable, ensuring a safe and secure stay. Although the location was slightly outside the city center, the nearby Elizabeth Line made it convenient to explore London. The breakfast smelled amazing and offered a good start to the day.
